Blue Point Capital Partners (“Blue Point”) and its portfolio company, Restoration Systems Inc. (“RSI”), a leading Midwest-based provider of building repair and restoration services, today announced the acquisition of Wells Masonry Restoration, Inc. (“Wells Masonry”), a provider of exterior façade repair services. The transaction marks RSI’s first acquisition under Blue Point’s ownership, expanding the company’s footprint into Indiana.

Founded in 2002 and based near Indianapolis, Wells Masonry provides masonry restoration and building envelope services across commercial, multifamily, healthcare and government end markets. The company has built a strong reputation for quality workmanship, technical expertise and long-standing customer relationships.
